The Mobility in Travel Forum

Mobility has exploded but there is very little out there about what that means for the travel industry in particular - how does a corporate regulate ground transportation in a rideshare crazy world? How does an OTA integrate with Uber? How do super-apps add mobility services that are cheap but on-brand in countries outside their own? The Mobility In Travel Forum helps answer those questions.

A Tale of Two Cities

The ground transportation landscape is divided into two worlds.

The Innovators:

These providers provide amazing technology, efficient routing, novel forms of transportation and low prices, but might fall short when it comes to SLAs, customer service (they often don’t have call centres), legal compliance and reliability - they are not going to wait for your CEO at the airport when his flight is late.

The Traditionalists:

These providers provide high-quality service with very specific vehicle and SLA guarantees, but may lag when it comes to tech, and quality comes at a price

How does a TMC and a corporate merge these two worlds, when each has their own advantages and downsides? How does a SuperApp incorporate urban mobility in all their destinations and enforce quality control while delivering cheap prices?
